Our Team...

We believe it is the partnership with all our customers that makes us who we are. It order to meet the wishes of our valued customers our team has been meeting intensely to strengthen our ability to serve this partnership. We are very excided about the wide range of services we offer and continue to improve in 2008. Our professionalism along with 4 generations of Tremblay's through 73 year's in the Automotive service business speak for it self.


Tremblay, Kevin - Kevin is a 4th generation Tremblay. Kevin joined The Garage in 2001 as a apprentice technician and completed his formal training at Vancouver Community College, earning his automotive technician license in 2006. Kevin is a certified Air Conditioning technician and is currently completing his AirCare Diagnostician certification. Kevin enjoys performing preventative maintenance on vehicles and is currently working on refining his diagnostic skills. Kevin is an avid musician playing both the guitar and trumpet. Kevin’s future ambitions include refining his skills further and becoming an excellent automotive technician.


Andersen, Paul - Paul is a long time member of The Garage team. Paul migrated to The Garage in 1995 after spending many years working at 16th and MacDonald Chevron. Paul specializes in Provincial Vehicle Inspections, Advanced Diagnosis, Air Care Diagnosis and Preventative Maintenance. Paul is an avid traveller and enjoys fine wines.


Tremblay, Graeme - Graeme is a 4th generation Tremblay. Graeme joined the Garage formally in 2002 as an apprentice technician and is currently commencing 4th year at BCIT. Graeme’s interest around vehicles stems from constant modifications and upgrades to interiors, stereos, suspension and engine performance. Graeme enjoys mountain biking, music and working on his 1991 Volkswagen GTI in his free time. Graeme’s future ambitions include becoming a licensed technician, becoming a certified master technician on German imports and obtaining Automotive Engineer Certification. Graeme also looks forward to opening a performance shop that specializes in vehicle modification and owning his other dream vehicle, a 1998 Lotus Esprit V8 Twin Turbo.


Yip, Peter - Peter joined the Tremblay family in 1990 after immigration to Canada. Peter is a licensed automotive technician and has spent his many years with the Tremblay’s focused on completing large mechanical repair jobs on vehicles. Peter’s previous experience includes working as a technician with the British Army and Royal Navy in Hong Kong and working for Mini Cooper in their performance division developing rally vehicles. Peter’s future ambitions include retiring happy, continuing to update his skills as a technician and purchasing his dream vehicle, a Honda CRV.


Tremblay, Ronald - Ronald started his automotive career at the age of 18, at Tremblay Motors. Ronald obtained his license at the age of 24 and became manager of The Garage. Ronald is now the sole owner of The Garage. Ronald continued to update his technical training until 1991 when he became more involved as the manager and less as a technician. In 1997 Ronald retired his tools and since has honed his skills on becoming a skilled manager. Ronald has 4 children with former wife Heather and is happily re-married. Ronald now devotes 25% of his time to training as an Implementation Coach with Total Automotive Consulting and Training; traveling across Canada teaching other shop owners how to make their businesses profitable and well run. When Ronald is not working, he can be found on the water aboard his boat, sailing or kayaking. Ronald is currently devoting his research time to hybrid vehicles and how they are evolving.
